These Terms apply to your use of gcfrontoffice.com. GC Front Office is a product of GoThriveAI, LLC ("we," "us"). The GC Front Office service is provided to customers under a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
1. About the service
GC Front Office provides Grace, our AI-powered virtual assistant, who answers calls for building companies, takes messages and books appointments. Grace identifies herself as a virtual assistant. When Grace books an introductory call, callers who share an email address receive an email confirming the appointment, sent by our scheduling provider. Callers do not receive text messages. GC Front Office also sends automatic text alerts to members of a customer's team who have agreed to receive them (see Section 3).
2. Website use
You may browse this website for lawful purposes. Access to the GC Front Office dashboard at app.gcfrontoffice.com requires an account issued to you or your company.
3. Text message alerts
Program name: GC Front Office team alerts
Program description: GC Front Office, a product of GoThriveAI, LLC, sends automatic text alerts, in its own name, to team members of our customers who have agreed to receive them. The alerts are urgent call alerts and priority call alerts. The texts include the caller's name and phone number, and a short note about the call or the project name. Alerts are sent automatically by our virtual assistant system. These messages are for the team member who agreed to them. We do not send marketing texts, and we do not send text messages to callers or to anyone else.
How to join: There is no public sign-up form. Each team member signs in to their own GC Front Office account, opens the My alerts page, types their own mobile number, and ticks an unchecked consent box to agree. Each team member agrees for themselves. A company owner cannot agree to texts on another person's behalf. Nobody at GoThriveAI, LLC or at the building company can agree on someone else's behalf. Agreeing is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of using GC Front Office. After you agree, you receive one confirmation text from GC Front Office. Consent is optional and is not a condition of using GC Front Office.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will get one confirmation message and no more texts from us. Reply START to resubscribe.
Help: Reply HELP or contact admin@gothriveai.com.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: We don't sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy. We keep a record of your consent (name, mobile number, date and time, and the version of the consent wording you agreed to).
Changes: We will post changes to these terms on this page.
Eligibility: US mobile numbers only.

We may update these Terms and will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
